Dr. Krista Hoskins, Au.D.
Founder & Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Krista did not set out to build a big practice. She set out to build a trustworthy one. Over thirty years ago, she began working with patients who had been dismissed by chain clinics, handed devices that did not fit their lives, and left without real answers. She started HearingCareOC because she knew hearing care could be done better, and more humanely.
She is known for two things above everything else: the thoroughness of her evaluations and the clarity of her explanations. Complex audiology becomes plain language in her exam room. Patients leave not just with better hearing, but with a full understanding of their own hearing health. Many have been with her for over a decade, and many walk out hearing better on the very first visit.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Krista is vocal about the connection between untreated hearing loss and cognitive decline, social withdrawal, and reduced quality of life. For her, fitting a hearing aid is never just a clinical transaction. It is giving someone their world back.
